On your right: In Chinese tradition, the bride and groom will pour the champagne together from the top.....flowing down to every cup before serving to the family members on the stage. The family members will happily make a toast by shouting "yum................ seng" to all the guest participate in the wedding dinner. Till now I’m unsure why ‘yum seng – drink to victory’ got anything related to a WEDDING ceremony! Well I guess this is not important as long as each of everyone enjoy the process of congratulating and celebrating for the newly wed :-)
